Adept Cavity Barriers undertook works as part of a site transformation on Chatfield Road, Battersea, to create a mixed use development.

The project’s heart is a 270 bed co-living scheme called ‘The Collective’.

The project comprised the demolition of the existing buildings on the site and the construction of a podium building with two blocks above (up to 7 and 8 storeys) fronting Chatfield Road and Mendip Road by the River Thames in Battersea.

The building includes 189 shared-living rooms and an 81 room hotel with associated internal and external amenity space, office space , cafe/restaurant and flexible work and community spaces.
